For correct delivery we don't accept returns. Customers will have to courier the product they desire to return back to our warehouse. Products purchased during sale CAN NOT be returned. For exchange charge of 350/- will be applied.
If the product received is either damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact the Customer Service at support@syutm.in within 48 hours of delivery and the pick-up/delivery of the products will be taken care of by Syutm. All handbags and accessories must have original tags attached.
Note: Returning for a refund incurs a deduction of INR 400 from the total refund amount, whereas, for a replacement an INR 200 re-shipping fee will be applicable. Replacement completely depends on stock availability.
